As we approach the end of the calendar year, more darkness surrounds us and we are asked to go inward and listen. This is the time of the inner voice, the one that tells you to - Sing.

Now is the time to embody and deepen a relationship with our voice. This will be a time to practice connection, be with our energy, sense our vibration, and sound our hearts out for the healing our self and the planet. Learn to love your voice, feel both joy and grief, play, imagine, release judgment, clear and Resonate.
